Applied Innovation - Regent International School | British Curriculum | Best School in Dubai
Key Stage 1: Applied Innovation
A love for learning, creating and inventing begins here

In Key Stage 1, students are introduced to the world of digital technology, from iPads, electronic and programmable toys to computers. They’re given real-life opportunities to develop real-world skills and character strengths through role-playing, exploring, creating and inventing with technology. They may even role-play as superheroes or inventors, learning to create, edit and publish small videos. They experience the early stages of the STEAM problem-solving strategies, create algorithms and code solutions to simple real-world style problems.

By the end of this Stage, students develop a broad base of thinking and problem-solving skills and an early awareness of character strengths that underpin a love of learning and curiosity of what’s next! They may be young, but students learn to apply learning in real-world contexts.

Possibilities seem infinite at Regent.

There are no limits in my child’s imagination about what he can do. Children are encouraged to take chances, try anything and not be afraid.

This school has encouraged her to gain confidence and to express herself despite mistakes. The teachers are always available to help and laugh with her.
